Terms and Conditions:
For individual bookings
- Cancel up to 48 hours before check-in to get a full refund.
- Cancel within 48 hours of check-in and the first night is non-refundable.
Our cancellation policy for whole-hostel bookings is:
- More than 90 days before arrival – the deposit is fully refundable.
- 30–90 days before arrival – the 25% deposit is non-refundable, but there would be no further cancellation charge.
- Less than 30 days before arrival – the full booking amount is non-refundable.
The remaining balance is due 60 days before arrival.
Gift Cards
When redeeming a Gift Card, gift card must be redeemed for an equal value or greater value than the card, if there is a credit this will be applied to a future stay.
